Best Practices & Maintenance Guidelines

Exposed masonry walls should be constructed starting at a raised plinth level—at least one meter above the finished ground level. This elevation helps protect the walls from moisture, soil contact, and potential waterlogging.
Masonry walls should be constructed using high-quality raw materials to ensure strength and durability. For exposed masonry, a mortar mix of 1:4 (1 part cement to 4 parts sand) is recommended for optimal bonding and finish.
Provide base course / leveling course of DPC – damp proof course in PCC (1:2:4) with water proofing additive added.
